I have another bunch of fixes that need review. There is a bit of scary C++ in there, but not too much - the important thing in this review is that someone will look over the strings themselves.

It would be great if somebody could proofread these help texts. Just click on "expand all" to view all of them and ignore the bit of code that goes with them.

I need some native speaker intuition - seems like we sometimes treat "blackroot" as countable and sometimes as uncountable. Which would be more natural?

Some examples of what we have right now:

  • Blackroot Flour is produced in mills out of blackroots. It is used in bakeries to make a tasty bread.

  • Grinding the blackroot and corn to flour and then baking the bread is tedious and boring

  • Blackroots are a special kind of root produced at blackroot farms

  • Mills blackroot and corn to produce blackroot flour and corn flour, respectively.

Since corn and wheat are uncountable, I think blackroot should also be uncountable. (I'm an American, and English is my first language.)

Thanks, I'll look into changing that. I would leave it as countable in "Blackroots are a special kind of root" though - I'm thinking of "carrots" as an analogy here.

IMHO, I'd go with uncountable in your example, as well: "Blackroot is a special kind of root."

I would go with keeping blackroots countable for the simple reason that not only is the word "root" countable, but so are its derivatives (beetroot, taproot, etc.)

The branch isn't merged yet, so we can still change stuff around without messing up translations.
