Much better now. we definitly should have some playercolors in there. i suggested a flagpole as the other trainingsite in the picture had one. (I don't understand the part about the renders though)
I was not suggesting dark and bright woods but having one wood with different colours relating from different angles of the source of light, to give the building a bit more life.
The building is still a bit clean maybe we can have some other details around (maybe an axe stand or a target with axes in).
The biggest addition of life would be animated people though.
However I would not object on having this in for v1.0 and maybe polish it later on.

Sorry for the delay; I was busy getting my covid vaccine. That said, here's the latest version.
I'll do four more things for the final version:
(1) Add a couple axes
(2) Give the player color a mask (so it doesn't appear white!)
(3) Shorten the fences by one segment (and magically swap the high/low parts)
(4) Slightly adjust the xy location of the building
I wanted to run this by you for opinions, though.

The good news? I handled all four goals.
The bad news? I need thicker X's for player color.

It's that time again!
If there are no complaints in the next 24 hours, I'll finalize it and upload the images.
EDIT: Yes, I realize the crosses are a bit lighter than the others, but it's pretty close -- especially since another building has darker crosses than normal. I can redo it if it's needed, but that's probably best for after 1.0 is released.

So would I, but again, there are many renders for each and every frame (the player color moves it from eight renders per frame to twelve).
However, since this is a barracks, you should be able to add images of two barbarians sparring in the yard; the same is true for any barracks with a yard.

I would be pleased if there is an image showing not occupied/occupied....
But i like it as it is already !!!

Don't worry, I'm not frustrated; I'm just glad that the latest version is approved instead of being dragged out into another half-dozen updates! ;)
