there are hard limits one cannot bypass.

first of all the labirinth needs to be made. it takes some time it cannot be shortened.

then a soldier must get in and get 5 promotions, and again this time cannot be shortened. then the soldier must move into the dungeon and get 4 promotions, and once more this time cannot be shortened. All those times combined are around 15 minutes. add a bit of time because the soldier has to physically move there, and the wares have to be moved in (it takes no less than 30 seconds from the time the labirinth is made to the time it can possibly recieve food enough to start training, for example), and you see that it's not possible to shave much below 20 minutes. 19 minutes are certainly possible, in theory (could be a target for wcs), but 18 are already probably below the limit.

do notice that if you had had the food for training, your 19:16 missing 2 promotions would have still become over 20 because the training takes time.

This is really funny, cause 19 minutes has already been my second try (add the 20 or so seconds for the 2 missing upgrades). So I must have played almost perfectly without knowing

Surely the hard limit is not 9 or something like that, but i guess if we keep optimzing it till the end of tournament with some tries we can make it in 17:59 or 18:19 or something like that

Yes, thats absolutely right, this is why this try cant be counted yet.

I'm sure that time can be improved significantly. but the major limiting factor is rare woods. and to get more rare woods you need to make some forester to xp, so you can have the master planter or however it was called. so, there is this hard limit to how much rare woods you can get early in the game.

because I don't know which one is it I just needed to reload from an automatic save from an intermediate attempt. If you really insist I'll go and search for it. Although it might run further then the time the new repaly starts.
