Can someone who knows the AI script tell me under what circumstances the barracks are stopped and when are allowed to work? Thank you.

I see, it is probably territory size divided number of soldiers but I don't know the formula or if there are any other parameters. The answer should be pretty simple.

It is dependent of a bunch of input parameters controled by our AI genetic algorithm.
