I am playing a Frisian Game, starting with a poor hamlet. I need to start producing solders to fend off the approaching enemies who started with a headquarters. I have built a reindeer farm to get fur, but it is only making reindeer. Is there any way to control what the farm produces or is it just a matter of so many more requests for reindeer have gone in before my requests from the sewing room for fur? Top Quote |

Wait, so does this also mean that if you had 3 of each and no more coming then it would make deer, fur, deer and then RESET to the start? That might explain those games where I built half a dozen trying to make meat and not getting any... Question... isn't this a bug? Or at least... unfair? -- |

it is neither a bug nor unfair, as it is the game principle to get an economy running, which means permanent supply of productionsites. If you can't supply another site do not build it. Top Quote |

I think I did find a bug. I set fur and deer demand to 0 and fully supplied a reindeer farm and got 0 meat. Save game attached. -- |

it is not a bug as the meat is only a byproduct of the last fur, not a product of its own Top Quote |

Didn't notice the fur&meat. Thought I saw fur, meat. Does the help file make that link though? IIRC it's too vague. -- |

There are many places where the Help is not help enough. I would find it very Helpful if all of this kind of Information was included in the Help! There is otherwise no way to know this. Luckely we have this very Helpful forum! Top Quote |
