Topic: Customized Hunters

Hmmm, can't edit my post, will reply to myself with a Postscript then. : )

It works well enough (Oh bit of errata it was the register.lua) except for the Amazons. I looked up the two that create critters: Barbs and Zones. Barbs create only herbivores which is cool but the Amazons have a rather gruesome and disgusting list of 4 carnivores and only 2 herbivores! Amazons apparently breed and eat lynxes, foxes, badgers and martens. Yuck!

So to complete my hack I edited the wilderness keepers init.lua (really this time) and deleted the carnivores leaving only boars and bunnies.

LOL, right after posting I looked up addon creation. I've created dozens for Wesnoth already. Alas it looks like it's way more work to make the addon than it was to edit the files. Of course that's not a good excuse if there are players out there who aren't comfy with 'puters and would like to try this.

I'll add it to my TODO list. I need more practice with lua anyways (Wesnoth uses it as an option).
