Pry about Widelands

ubuntu 11.10 i386 running in Virtual box with widelands6129 win7 x64 as host

When going to full screen the mouse pointer goes to the top left corner and sticks there.

tried input grab but it didn't make any difference. might have somethingt to do with running in a VM but.. duno.

I have done a bug report for a possibly related problem here


Being no programmer, I apologize for all my suggestions that imply undue workload and for other misjudgements due to lack of expertise or relevant skills.
I am on Win32, have no means to compile, and rely on prefabricated distributions (Thanks to Tino).

Sorry, my fault. That is a bug in SDL 1.2.14 and i've switched accidentally back to stock SDL. I've replaced it now with the fixed version of Jari. Building and uploading a new svn build as i am writing...

WL in fullscreen does not like virtual machines for some reason https://bugs.launchpad.net/widelands/+bug/731987 . I suspect this is the problem you have encountered.
