Good Day,

I'm on mobile Data and trying to download Widelands 1.0 for Mac (>10.9).

But downloads regularly fail, probably due to a short connection/cell outage.

Now the bad thing: Downloads are not resumable, this is very bad for me as I'm really wasting (paid) data here. Tried several download managers, all of them begin downloading from 0 again once connection is lost.

Any other way to download? Maybe via Torrent?

Solved the problem (for now) by downloading the "SirVer" Image:

http://www.widelands.org/~sirver/wl/macos_daily/

Those downloads are resumable. But maybe you could add torrent downloads in the future, I think the server would benefit as well as traffic reduces.

There were torrent downloads in the past, but i don't know where they went face-sad.png
