no, such a thing is in planing though. Have you already played your way through all bundled maps or have you made a new one? Regards, !SirVer

I still begin with playing Widelands in moment. This are my first steps, in moment I play the second campain. For this, I ask for maps, I will look, how are others made some, because I will do even edit some in future. BTW: A very good game - and sorry for my bad english, because I'm a german guy Greetings... Joachim

Welkomm Joachim! Ich bin Amerikanner, so meing Deutsch ist nicht so gut. Das Map Editor ist ein gutes "tool" fur Map machen! The map editor is easy to learn, so getting started with your own maps is not difficult. I believe there is a tutorial if you choose to use it, but playing with buttons and moving the cursor around and clicking on buttons will pretty much show most of what you need at first. Hop in, and if the waters too cold, jump in again! Maddy

Hello Maddy, thank you for your friendly welcome... and of course - your german is not so bad if I see, what you wrote in german Later time, I will do create maps - for a first look in the editor, I closed it quikly gg I think so, a 'learning by doing' will be the right way to build own maps, and...

If you would like a map or 3 I have some I created and some created by others,,, if you would like me to send a map or 2 PM me your email addy,,, now I dont log in every day, but i will get around to send you some, if you want them. Editor is not hard to learn, takes a bit of time to make a map, also when you open the editor it starts with a default size page, you can change that as well before you start if you want a larger/smaller map! Enjoy
