I have two metalworks and their stats quickly change from "30 % up" to "40 % down" and back without interruption. Another variant: "50% UP"/"50% DOWN". What does this mean?

Could it be made so that those stats are calculated a little less often, like once a second, so if they flip back and forth, they do it slower and no longer look like a bug? (or at least the flips are less graphically obvious)

- actually it does not effect the game play, the only problem is, that the statistics are wrong calculated.
