Hi, I just discovered Widelands yesterday and I'm confused about how to defeat the enemy. This is probably a very basic question but since the website has been down I can't find any answers.

I've destroyed all of their barracks that are within site of my towers but I can't destroy the rest of their buildings that are blocking my border from expanding. Any ideas?

Thanks RWise. I had a fortress at the border but it as I had stretched myself thinly it was unmanned. Took me ages to realise that once there were soldiers inside my borders would expande!
