how come the sawmill doesn't produce wood even though my wood supply is low?

Hi,

that is a feature not a bug face-smile.png - as soon as you are in need of wood, the sawmill will start to work and to produce the needed wares. That's the "on demand production" system we implemented in Build13. It is quite basic there, but will be much more experienced in Build14
