Hi Rhyknee and welcome to the forum face-smile.png

During one of my games I struggled because not the strongest soldier was sent to the training site. That was after I changed the capacity from 1 to 2 for that site. Only rookies were sent. I had to send a lot of soldiers back and increase the capacity until I got a "good" one. Then I went back to capacity 1. It happened with the next trainee again. Because I forgot to stop the site, it was trained and spoiled one of my precious weapons. Is that a known behavior?

Yes, that is a known behavior. Unfortunately i can't explain exactly why this happens. Not sure but i think soldiers in warehouses are handled like "last in, first out", so if a trained soldier is the last arriving at a warehouse he will be the first who will leave it. Soldier management in training sites can be a bit tricky....

That is true for my struggling game in the sense of that the last sentry was built after education in the training camp started.

But wrong for my fast game. Training started after the last sentry was build, but anyway, there were rookies who entered the warehouse last.
