... and here are 2 screenshots; both with the "new world" in the editor. One with the terrains and trees tools shown, the second with hidden immovables and animals, and without the tools to show better the terrains on the map.

btw: is it possible to add a tips.lua to a immovable add-on like for tribes so the tips can be read in the editor help?

ok, that I didn't know. Now is a new version attached and it works with all world add-ons I've installed. (ver. 1.0.2)
I changed all dither values to something with "4" at each end, that mostly didn't exist so far (only "74").

Unfortunately the in-editor encyclopedia doesn't like it:

[00:00:01.151 game] ERROR: Error loading script for encyclopedia:
[00:00:01.151 game] ERROR: [../src/wui/encyclopedia_window.cc:135] Icon path 'addons/tropics.wad/immovables/trees/ebonytree/menu.png' for tab entry 'ebony_tropic_old' does not exist!

(I guess this is a problem for all trees)

No, the editor help can not currently display any immovable help texts.

Hm, no, it was only the ebonytree. I forgot to change the file name for menu.png (it was accidentally menu_1.png).

But the error-message is a bit stupid: the path was ok, just the correct file name didn't exist face-upset.png face-wink.png

Now version 1.0.3 is attached. I hope now everything is ok ...

"currently"? So it might change in future (v 1.1 or 1.2)? That would be nice ...

No such change is planned currently, and none of the official immovables really need it. But it should not be hard to implement (it might even be a Lua-only change), so perhaps someone will add this one day…
