Topic: AI dont train soldier in any trainingssite

In the following savegame, the AI dont train the soldiers. The trainingssite have all needed wares and workers and the game is not in peace mode. The training buildings are not opened to soldiers. What is the reason? BTW: You need Europeans tribe to test the savegame. In the link of my signature. I used the latest master build from GitHub.
