seems to be we have a missing dll this time. Libicu58.dll seems to be missing

appveyor broken again. seems like the last windows image update removed the bcrypt libraries (as it is the case in win 10), so boost 1.67 is not working. so we can try to downgrade boost or to change the random generator.

Hello, It seems appveyor is stuck with one of the latest build but won't timeout. So no other builds could be processed. Could anyone with admin rights just kill the stalled build?

Seems to run now, i think GunChleoc has cancelled the stuck build...

I didn't do anything, it was probably canceled automatically by AppVeyor Busy indexing nil values

Appveyor fails again because missing dll: Error on line 106 in c:\projects\widelands\utils\win32\innosetup\Widelands.iss: Source file "C:\msys64\mingw64\bin\libpdcurses.dll" does not exist.
