I miss the button to set all threads in the forum on 'read' - so the viewer can see what is really new!

I miss a few more features in the message box. For example just displaying certain categories (for example only military messages). This would be a very useful feature in shared kingdom: one player could only handle warfare + messages and another only mines and so on.

That said, I personally always delete messages, when I read them (Del button on the keyboard works), so I never missed a 'mark all as read' button.

I think, you complete missunderstood me...

First: I was speaking of the forum itself!

Second: Like the 'new topic' in most other forums is there an 'mark all messages as read' - so the "Unread posts" change to "No unread posts", whether they are read or not!

This possibility gives the reader an chance to make a cut to ALL old (old = older than NOW) post und see only really new (new = newer than i set with this button) as 'new messages'.

For me as an Newbie face-grin.png it is very absurd to look through ten year old post/messages and someone get a startpoint in it. For now, i didn't find a example but i watch out and will post if i found one...

Till later online!

Ooh.. In that case, there's already a feature request for that: https://bugs.launchpad.net/widelands-website/+bug/587509

I personally use the RSS feed to keep up to date on the forums.
