Oh, the script, its packed into models that make use of player colors. you can import it into your models fome the one you look at for example

However 400x400 seems to be a bit too big for the game. What should be the actual size?

I'd say something in between 119 and 128 - that's what current headquarters are like. And the biggest (of the big, in pixels) building are around 150 (all sizes are the width of pictures).
