This looks a bit like after an earthquake. Suggestion: Remove the ladders and the stones in front and make the wood a bit ordered?

Feedback from the PR regarding a possible Unoccupied animation:

It would be nice to have the training dummy only visible if the trainer is inside the building...

Having the training dummy appear during training (but no soldier using it) would be a bit odd; it would probably make more sense to have it disappear during training (people are using it inside). I can try it sometime, but it will be after the barbarians' barracks.
