Oh, sorry for confusing.

This can be done with an add-on. But such add-on will probably cause desyncs in multiplayer games (like every script that modifies widelands objects).

Take a look at the add-on "Automatic Soldier setting for military construction sites" which implements a similar logic: Instead of searching military construction sites of a player, a search for warehouses must be implemented. Then you can do what ever with the warehouse, e.g. set wares or workers (soldiers).

But i think this is some kind of cheating. You can also use the starting condition "Trading Outpost" which gives some wares fro free.
