It was [:0] frisians_well_keeper has no program remove_resi_water. Emergency save attached. P.S. Could play on with e-save but only a minute and it occurs again.

It looks like the combination of the add-ons perma-resi.wad and wells-running-out.wad is causing this. Combining many add-ons can do this, interoperability can be unpredictable… Try reordering them so that the perma-resi.wad add-on is applied first (note that changes only apply to new games, not to existing savegames).
