When I think about it the glitch doesnt seem too important in this tournament round: The starting resources are already enough for a master smith, and it's not like you are going to run many warmills at once. Wanted to save the world, then I got widetracked

Well, yes it should not give you a big advantage. as you probably need every tool you can get in the early game. So with the rules nobody should actively try to abuse it and that's it.

I have made the new pairings. However I'd like to wait for the Release candidate to start with round 4. This will be the last version for this tournament. (even if we might need a RC2)

As the Release candidate will be up in all variants in some hours the 4th round may start. I have prolonged the starting deadline by one day due the problems with the RC.

Make that in some decades due to Launchpad's extra-user-friendly uploading experience. In the meantime the download link for the 32-bit windows installer can be found here and the link for the zip is here and the .tar.gz is here (no guarantee that the file arrives in one part for the latter two). Those files are identical to the ones that will be officially available on LP some time.
