Not really. I have been working on more flexibility for placeholders, so you can change the word order as needed. However, no real RTL support yet. I think the way to go would be the ICU library, but so far I have failed to call it and get any code at all to run. In any case, we will need to wait for after the current release for implementing any changes. It's non-trivial and can introduce new bugs, and we're too close to a release to mess with it in trunk.
