Analogous to the barracks for soldiers, I propose a training camp for craftsmen. The workers are currently being "trained" in the warehouses. However, since I have craftsmen for the Europeans who need several tools, these are in rare cases not produced because the corresponding tools are distributed over several warehouses.

In addition, you then have better control of priorities, since tools can be outsourced from the recruting center. Certain workers are suppressed and others prioritized.

Excellent idea for an add-on and for new tribes face-wink.png

This has a few disadvantages though:

  • Extra space and building materials required

  • Time increase as the recruitment process would take longer (it's instantaneous currently)

  • Undesired multiple-recruitments are likely as a side-effect if a player builds more than one recruitment camp

I also think that this is an issue for an add-on, not for the standard game.

I will eventually build it into my tribe. First wait for your feedback.
