I might be able to find some time on Saturday or Sunday (either of those but probably not both). How many players are you aiming to have?

Well in the biggest game I ever played, we were 4 players - it was quite a nice number.

Anyway even playing one against one would be fine for me face-smile.png

... and if we are more than four face-grin.png ... well I think that wouldn't be a problem at all face-wink.png

Uuh.. I'd love to join. But I probably won't have time and even so, I first have to compile a version for my laptop... I keep this space watched and try to join face-smile.png

Hi everyone,

just wanted to write about our first bigger game we played yesterday:

We played the map "Rendez-Vous" - a map formed like a big X. The chat was quite silent at the beginning as noone had contact with the others - than after ~ an hour Mars, ChemBro and I met at the center of the X and shortly after that Asterix came from the fourth side.

We first thought it would be impossible to capture the top of the hill in the middle of the X, but Mars did it and afterwards started his big war against all three of us... face-grin.png

And that's already the end... face-wink.png Mars won.

So who will be here today for a network game?

Sounds great! Did you make some screenshots?

Couldn't make it. And still can't today face-sad.png

You'll get a nice screenshot from my gold mines in the comet crater face-wink.png

Just played another round this time only with Asterix - I was fast enough to get his goldmines down before they got dangerous... face-wink.png

As I promised - I uploaded a screenshot of my goldmines. And to show you the might of that gold I uploaded three screenshots of the end fight. face-smile.png

Those four are in category build13 also we played current svn, but there's nothing to see from any new features so I put them there.

Hey akantor, it seems that not many people are usually playing Widelands online at any one time, so a little more planning may be necessary. I had the exact same issue which is why I posted here: http://wl.widelands.org/forum/topic/373/

The feedback hasn't been enormous, but in any case I plan to be around this Saturday for a game. The important thing is to have a meeting place, for which I suggest the IRC channel.
