I just got a very nice link from kaschte (a guy from unknown-horizons project) - the following site holds 635 public domain sound files: http://pdsounds.tuxfamily.org/ I am sure there will be some files for us as well ![]() ![]() |

Thanks for that link. Among the first random samples i found one or two sounds what may be usefull (after some tweeking). So it's worth to have a closer look (now we only need more Sound-Developers or an 48-hour day ;)) But i will keep it in mind until someone else or myself find the time. Any volunteers? I would volunteer, but I won't have any time trough this weekend (though I might find some, we'll see). And yes few seem like a good material for Widelands, just have to be tweaked a bit. ![]() ![]() |

Hi, I don't know if anybody noticed, but there's a chance that pdsounds will get back (http://www.pdsounds.org/) in next 30 days. There might come some new sounds in the future, and some might be good for Widelands. -- Regards, ![]() ![]() |
