What is the reason to have this specific version which is pretty much outdated already (last BZR version was 9203)?
to get an actual version you could always use the builds from our CI Environment on Appveyor (e.g. https://ci.appveyor.com/project/widelands-dev/widelands/builds/27580050 should be an actual build of trunk)
