This is just a quick question. I've noticed that in 7652, from the coonfigure economy window, you can now set the target amount of a ware to 0.

What does that mean in terms of gameplay? does it mean that the resource does not get produced at all? Does it mean that it gets produced only if there is a request for it? Suppose I set the target of saw to 0, and then i build a new woodcutter. Will I never get a woodcutter because there are 0 saws in my warehouses and the economy is happy with that? will one new saw get created because there is a request?

It will only get produced if there is an actual request, i.e. warehouses won't be stockpiling it. If you build a new woodcutter, a saw will be produced. In the old model, there would have been 2 saws produced - as soon as the worker grabbed the a tool, a warehouse would get a replacement to stockpile.
