Some immovables like the shell and the Nautilus (desert) are cruelly oversized
and out of perspective.

Is there a particular reason for this (jurassic elements?) Should I try to change the perspective at least? Can't change the size to something realistic, they won't be visible.

Or omit and replace by some other suitable beach-immovable (flotsam trunks?)?

Being no programmer, I apologize for all my suggestions that imply undue workload and for other misjudgements due to lack of expertise or relevant skills.
I am on Win32, have no means to compile, and rely on prefabricated distributions (Thanks to Tino).

I like the nautilus thing. Okay, you could refine it, but it shouldn't be replaced. There aren't many immovables anyway in Widelands.

Jules Verne would have us believe there was such a creature as a giant nautilus, so why not have them in WL?!! face-wink.png

But I agree some re-scaling wouldn't hurt in my opinion.

Plus I am sure we can make room for more immovables even without the need to trade off existing ones.

I'd love to see some more seaside immovables.

I see little people.
