Aren't newbuild ships supposed to navigate to a port nowadays? In this savegame, the ship ignores that, just sitting around...

After a short time this game crashes with an assert that is identical to this bug: https://github.com/widelands/widelands/issues/4622
that the ship is idling far away from a port is probably related


Edit:
I already have a PR open that will fix the issue: https://github.com/widelands/widelands/pull/4623
Loading the savegame with this, the ship starts moving to the port a few seconds later.
