Another bug: Quarries take far too long now until reporting "no rocks". Couldn't they drop productivity much faster again?

I noticed this too… created an issue: https://github.com/widelands/widelands/issues/3929
IMHO we should fix this before the release if easily possible

+1 Maybe increasing the threshold could do the trick, just an idea. If another solution would be too hard.

Ok as I am somewhat responsible I will have a look into this.

Hi, just pushed a Pull request to fix the quarries messages. Dropping faster isn't possible anymore as the whole productivity is time based now, but I inserted a threshold to fire the message if the Productivity drops below 75% which should be reached in about one and a half minute after the last stone has been cut. If not sufficient we could increase this safely to 80 or 85.

All critical bugs are now thoroughly snowed under and it's time to announce the schedule for the remaining release steps.

On Friday, June 26, 2020, at 13:00 CEST, Widelands will go into Winter Time Freeze. From then on, no changes other than translation updates and AI training rounds will be permitted at all. Only the most critical of critical bugs are reason enough to thaw up this freeze.

The deadline for translations and AI training will be Wednesday, July 8, 2020, 21:00 CEST. After this point, the repo will not change at all in preparation for the release.

The first (and hopefully only) release candidate will be published on Saturday, July 11, 2020. The actual release shall follow one week later on Saturday, July 18, 2020.

Bug in the current amazon build: If you create a savegame from a replay, you cannot load it.

I'd vote for trying 85.

I can confirm this partly. The savegame is not listed in the in game load list. However it is loadable from the filesystem (open with or doubleclick on the file)

I have no objections to choose this value, however this has to wait until after b21

The culprit is Refactor saveloading ui #3748.

The ship transport has suffered a lot after build20. Not only that there is now a pointless penalty time for ware-unloading which reduces the game fun and changes the game in an unnecessary way, there is also a new bug which can bring down whole island economies: Wares don't get transported. Some ships go around and transport some wares, but many wares stay in the port and many ships just sit around while the amount of wares which are waiting for being shipped increases into thousands of pieces. (amazons6762)

Has this been fixed again?

Still it's a nasty regression bug. And if I doublecklck on the file, there is no loading, the folder just opens and that's it.
