I calculated what it would take for anyone wanting to implement it:

4 logs

1 rubber

1 felling ax

1 machete

1 pick

1 showel

2 hammers

1 chisel

Great,

We need 2 more values I think.
What wares should be given to them if no Stones are in reach of the starting area?
What ware shall they get if no trees around the starting area?

If you would be so kind to calculate this I would add this tonight to the branch.

huh. i had no idea the game had some calculations of the sort.

so, what should i take as reference for those values? the cost for a patrol post to expand the border and reach those trees/stones, or the cost for a junglemaster?

the cost to get the ecoomy kickstarted to being able to expand. Dismatle return for patrol post should be considered.
In case no wood only thing we need is probably a junglepreserver. In case no stones I am not sure. Both are evaluated seperatly.

in case no wood, we need only a junglepreserver (3 logs, 1 rope)

in case no stone, we need patrol posts, which cost 1 wood, 1 rope, 1 stone. the wood is achieved with the woodcutter, the rope must be given. dismantling gives the stone back, so in case of no stone they need exactly 1 stone and as many ropes as they need patrol posts

how much stone do we need to build a ropemaker and liana cutter?

rope weaver: 2 stone, 5 logs, 1 rubber

liana cutter: 5 logs

so, giving 3 stones so one can make his own rope weaver (or 2 stones, one make rope weaver, make ropes, then dismantles) is possible

ok,
no trees --> add 3log 1rope
no stones --> add 3 stones

will do that. For the struggling outpost I will just multiply the values given by the same factor we did for the other tribes.

Sounds okay, maybe we should also ask the others?

One general question is does it makes sence to reduce it exactly to the minimum (like I prefer two / three woodcutters but not as many as the other conditions)

Yes it makes sense to reduce it to the absolute minimum. This is precisely the concept of this starting condition!
