on one of the island jumping maps i ran into a problem where a traffic jam happend and it took me deleting flags and i assume loosing all stockpiled resources resting on the flag, doing this a couple dozen locations, then rebuilding the road to clear it up. if a message poped up informing me when ever a flag is either almost full of what can be stacked and waiting to be moved or when it completely fills up you can make some changes before it becomes a big traffic jam
