To make barbarians resource labels look more consistent, I suggest changing water label to only a pole with around 1/3 length of blue color on top of it. The pole would be the same as in the "empty" and "ore" findings, exept the colored top.

Similar improvement would be good for frisians too, but this time to an empty location: Remove that small letteresque thing from the middle of the flag pole and let it be just an empty pole.

For frisians, we originally had an empty pole but a small flag was added because the pole alone was poorly visible.

Personally I think the water resi should look somewhat different from the other resis because water is special: only one indicator (not two), and the resource presence is not essential for wells working

actually, i liked the old resource indicators (the ones taken directly from settlers 2) much better than the new ones. they were easy to read and didn't clutter the visual field.
