I think that the Frisians are not the biggest problem for balancing anymore, so I wouldn't call them experimental as well. At the other hand I guess that the tribes are still not that balanced, for example the buildings of the empire are extremely expensive, but this is another story...

btw. still getting this warning:

WARNING: Preciousness of 40 is a bit high for ware/worker 'coal' and tribe 'frisians'. We recommend not going over 25.

we should allow even 50 I believe. This is a crucial data element to make a priority amongst wares. And I beleive we should have some range to determine things like this is 2 times more precious then another ware which is 3 times more precious then and so on.
