Hello, 1-can you confirm the "b19-1429" is the b19 ? 2-Do AppVeyor will keep this version linked untill b20? 3-If one or two "No", where to found the Win_x86-b19 build link, and why he is not linked on the download page? 4-Why the direct link to the .exe file is not linked on the download page? 5-Does the b19 is available for 32bits GNU/Linux? 1- Yes. https://ci.appveyor.com/project/widelands-dev/widelands/build/_widelands_dev_widelands_b19-1429 2- I don't know - Tino, do you know? 3-4- There are some known issues with the AppVeyor builds on some systems that we were unable to fix. So, we had the choice to wait with waiting for a release indefinitely, or not to have an official build. Linking it on the download page is a good idea, but depends on the answer to 2. 5- I have created (but not tested) a PPA for Ubuntu Trusty
This should make it easier for Linux users until the distributions catch up with the packaging - it might conflict with widelands-daily though. Busy indexing nil values Top Quote |

I have also created torrents and added them to the download page. I have never done this before, so please let me know if there are any issues. Also, I couldn't get a web seed going for all of them, so anybody who is regularly running a torrent client, please help seeding. Busy indexing nil values Top Quote |

~~~~ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:gunchleoc/widelands-b19 sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get install widelands ~~~~ Huh, got this bug on update (add of repo was ok)
then:
I can download it so it's not major issue for me. But if you wanted some test. Edited: 2016-11-13, 14:12
Sorry, I moved the PPA over to widelands-dev. It's now documented on the downloads page Busy indexing nil values Top Quote |
I just found a package on Mageia, might be useful for those who are running rpm-based Linux: https://pkgs.org/mageia-5/mageia-core-backports-testing-x86_64/widelands-b19-1.mga5.x86_64.rpm.html Busy indexing nil values Top Quote |
