I'm using a Macbook with OS 10.5.8 and when I try to play the tutorial campaign on Widelands it comes up with an error that is way beyond my understanding. It says:

"[/Users/kread/Documents/local/widelands-14/build/macos/../../src/map_io/widelands_map_object_packet.cc:84] map objects: [/Users/kread/Documents/local/widelands-14/build/macos/../../src/immovable.cc:606] world does not define immovable type "bar-ruin01"

It then asks me to report the bug and that I'm using build svn4563 Expiremental OSX build(UNKNOWN)

I'm not sure what any of that means but any help would be appreciated. This game looks fun and I'm looking forward to playing it!

Thanks for any help.

Yes, just the Tutorial Campaign "Eyes in the Darkness".

I should have mentioned that I checked to see if it was indeed just the campaign. I started a New Game on the Checkmate map to see if it was the download in general or the Campaign. That worked fine so it must be something in the campaign.

There was an issue with the Mac OS X packet, I remember dimly. Please check inside the app bundle under Resources/ if there is a globals directory that contains bobs/bar-ruin01.

Otherwise you could try to build widelands yourself or download the missing resource files from the bzr repository.

Cheers, !SirVer
