Hello together, I just downloaded the last windows-build and its not working. I have windows 7 professional, 64 bit. What happens is that a window pops up named "SDL_app" which immediately closes and nothing else happens. Hope you can help me, Oobertus Top Quote |

Hi Oobertus, thanks for reporting. Let's see if we can track this down. It hints at a graphics problem. Could you please check which video card you have? Instructions are here: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows/video-cards-faq#1TC=windows-7 It would also help to get some log output - instructions on how to get it: https://wl.widelands.org/wiki/How%20to%20Write%20a%20Good%20Bug%20Report/#6-reporting-a-crash Busy indexing nil values Top Quote |

What is irritating me is the "No version file found" line. I can't find it anywhere in our source code. ETA: Found it, in Build 18, src/io/filesystem/layered_filesystem.cc. Could you please try one of our unpffocial development builds? Our graphics system has changed a lot since Build 18, and if we get lucky, it might solve your problem. Also, if you have a laptop, you system might have 2 video cards installed - you could try using the other video card, if that is the case. The procedure depends on your computer, could be something like this: https://support.lenovo.com/gb/en/documents/ht078706 Edited: 2016-03-31, 08:36
