You could play any development version really, we always try to keep them as bug-free as possible. 32 bit on Windows is a problem though Busy indexing nil values Top Quote |

We probably does not have 32bit version of current development version. So you have to stick with b18.... Though there were a lot of improvements since. However if you by any chance have a linux, you can compile the game yourselves, it is quite easy.... Top Quote |

Sorry we don't have better news. Compiling this project is hard on Windows, and since we did some technology changes, the build environment for 32 bit doesn't work anymore. Busy indexing nil values Top Quote |

@Sirver Fair enough, I could have known that. @Peter Piper Because the description of the problem clearly indicates a compatibility error I would, in a last resort, check the time stamps of all related files. There must be something wrong somewhere. Otherwise, my advice is to start the game again from start. If you were doing well the first time, you should be able to do it well the next time too (but perhaps this applies more to your son, it's not nice to disappoint someone). Top Quote |

PeterPiper, did you see that Tino managed to build 32bit builds again? https://wl.widelands.org/forum/topic/1924/ . Maybe you can still play the dev versions. Top Quote |
