Atlantean: stone = “Stein”, Empire: stones = “Steine”, so we could either call all of them “Stein[e]”, or we could call the raw stones something like “grobe Steine” or “Roh[ge]stein”.
Still, what do you think, when will the renaming be? Not in the nearer future, I guess?

It is taking place in the one_tribe branch and will happen before Build 19. We still have some programming issues to solve before the branch is ready. I guess a few weeks. https://bugs.launchpad.net/widelands/+bug/1368133

For now I’m going for “Felsbrocken”, that’s fitting enough for me and will change soon, anyway.

"Gobe Steine" don't exist. What about "Stone Blocks"? Translated to "Steinblock" or "Steinblöcke"? See Steinsplatwerkzeuge or Gattersäge

I meant it more like “grob behauene Steine”, but as already stated I went for “Felsbrocken” for now. I guess, once the renaming is through, we call it “Granit” in any tribe? Or are we going for “Stein[e]” then?

It will be "Granit" for everyone once the change comes through.

How do we translate “view”? It’s “Ansicht”, “Sichtbereich” or “Sicht” in most cases. Just to make that clear: It’s the part of the map you see on your screen.
