Agree, we should finish up the freeze early this winter. Sorry that I wasn't available much lately…

I postponed warship anims.
Lua subscribers and Musicplayer seem like they should be ready soon.
fri build anims should also be ready soon as soon as I get around to the last smallish requested changes.
Emscripten is nice to have but not critical, we can also have it after the release and serve a development version online initially when we decide to host it on the website.
I would really like Msys2 Arm builds in the release already. Thanks for the clang output, those are good checks but nothing critical there so fixing them after the release is OK.

Getting the release out in time for Christmas is a little challenging, but could be doable if all remaining PRs are wrapped up by the end of this week.

If this works out, and no major bugs appear, this is the preliminary ambitious schedule:

  • Winter Time Feature Freeze: no later than Sunday 2025-11-30
  • Release Candidate: Sunday 2025-12-14 (at least 2 weeks after winter freeze)
  • Release: Sunday 2025-12-21 (1 week after RC)

Is there any way to upload artifacts from appveyor to github.
Reason for asking is that github will drop MacOS 13 x86_64 support by december 4th AFAIR

Edit: it is 8th december.
